Exodus 4:10-12 describes a conversation between God and Moses. In this conversation, God tells Moses that he has been chosen to lead the Israelites out of slavery in Egypt and into the promised land. Moses is hesitant, and tells God that he is not a good speaker. In response, God tells Moses that he will give him the power to perform miracles and that Aaron, Moses' brother, will be his spokesman...
These verses can be understood as a demonstration of God's power and faithfulness, as well as a reminder that even those who feel unqualified or unworthy can be used by God for great things. They also show the importance of obedience to God's calling, as Moses ultimately agrees to do as God asks, despite his doubts and fears.
